The rejuvenation of Woodstock has made properties in this trendy neighbourhood, which is conveniently located only three kilometres from Cape Town’s central business district, a valuable commodity.
Sanjeev Boyjoonauth of ClareMart says a large five-bedroom Woodstock property is likely to appeal to investors.
