Pub and restaurant for sale with 4-bedroom house in busy road

Two free-standing, double-storey properties on the busy main road in Warner Beach are among the lots for Aucor Property’s multi-property auction on September 26 at 11am at the Durban Country Club. A block of six apartments at Windermere has now been added for this sale.

The improvements to the 943m² Warner Beach property, Charwell Building, at 149 Kingsway, consist of street-facing commercial premises and a double-storey residence at the back. The Zanzibar Restaurant and Pub is the main tenant of the commercial part of the property. Warner Beach, about 30km south of Durban, is a popular South Coast destination for Gautengers. Rona Pillay, who is handling the auction, says demand for properties on the South Coast has been rising among investors seeking more affordable assets than those currently on offer on the North Coast.
