The units, 1km from Pinetown central, will have vacant possession
Among the lots for In2Assets’s multi-property auction on October 24 at 11am at the Durban Country Club are two factories in the sectional title scheme, Pine Industrial Park, at 14 to 16 Pineside Road in New Germany.
The industrial park is centrally located in Pineside, which is 25km west of the Durban CBD and about a kilometre east of Pinetown central.
The Pine Industriaal Park complex features 25 units in total, ranging from mini-factories to workshops, office blocks and warehouses.
Sections 13 and 25 will be sold with vacant occupation by In2Assets.
Luke Hearn, who is handling the auction for the company, says Section 13 is well-located at the entrance of the Pineside Industrial Park and is accessed directly off Escom Road.
“It is a corner unit near the entrance to the neat and well-maintained complex, which allows for easy truck and super-link access,” says Hearn.
Section 13, with 2903m² under roof, comprises an office component that leads to a large factory with two dock levellers and a roller-shutter door.
The internal height of the unit is 4.2m and there are compressed air lines and sprinkler systems throughout the building.
“The power supply is impressive at 760 amps and ideal for a factory.”
Section 25 is a sectional title unit of 928m², redeveloped for use either as a warehouse, factory or offices with direct ramp access from Pineside Road.
This unit enjoys suspended floor loading of 500kg per square metre.
