The former Keurbooms River Hotel will be restored and refurbished to function as the estate’s clubhouse.
It will include a restaurant, coffee shop, bar, beauty salon, convenience store, assisted living suites as well as a healthcare centre including a frail care centre.
The vitality wing will offer a fully equipped gym and a swimming pool.The Plettenberg Manor offers residents eight full title accommodation types, designed in the Cape vernacular style.
