Since its launch almost three years ago, Sitari Country Estate in the Helderberg has been recognised as an epoch-making development and has achieved various awards.
Its latest – Best Residential Development Africa 2016-2017 – saw it competing against 27 nominees from nine African countries. The International Property Awards celebrate top achievements by property and real estate companies.
“We were ecstatic to receive the award,” says John Coetzee, executive director of Uvest Property Group, developers of Sitari Country Estate. “We envisioned Sitari as being a top-class, premium country lifestyle destination with a range of exclusive products that suit a wide range of buyers. Now, as it grows, the estate is really coming into its own.”
Since its launch in September 2014, capital growth of the R4 billion 192-hectare estate has been strong with plots appreciating by 69%, apartments 34% and homes 26%. Coetzee said about 700 properties were being built this year.
