Two properties in Nooitgedacht Village, which forms part of the historic Nooitgedacht Estate in Stellenbosch, will be auctioned by Rawson Auctions Western Cape on April 25.
The properties – a triple-storey home and a three-bedroom townhouse – are surrounded by vineyards, with mountain views, says Tanya Jovanovski, franchisee of Rawson Auctions Western Cape.
