Private estate, with its own houses, schools, shops, places of worship, parks and waterways at the foot of the Helderberg Mountain.
Helderberg Manor Retirement Village in Somerset West – a collection of houses, garden apartments and assisted-living suites – has launched a new block of apartments in response to the high demand. It will be the last development on the estate.
The block, which will be completed by mid-2019, will offer eight units, consisting of two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments. They will cost R1.595 million each.
Developed by Devmark Property Group, the development is situated in Heritage Park – a private estate, with its own houses, schools, shops, places of worship, parks and waterways at the foot of the Helderberg Mountain.
Hein Ehlers, founder and chief executive of Devmark Property Group, says the success of Helderberg Manor lies in the fact that it offers retirees everything they need.
“Helderberg Manor is situated close to the picturesque winelands of Somerset West and Stellenbosch, beaches, shops and restaurants. All the amenities have been completed including the clubhouse, library, assisted-living suites and 24-hour medical care.
“Our residents enjoy life to the fullest, and our garden and house-cleaning services give residents the opportunity to lead a lock-up-and-go lifestyle.”
Devmark Property Group is behind a number of other retirement villages including Clé du Cap, Legato, Heritage Manor, Onrus Manor, La Vie Est Belle, Villa Cortona and The Plettenberg Manor.
