Bid for business premises with potential for R70000 a month rental income
A property touted as “the perfect business premises in the heart of Parow”, and which has the potential to generate a rental income of R70 000 a month, will go on auction on June 27.
This is according to Tanya Jovanovski, franchisee of Rawson Auctions Western Cape, which will handle the sale.
Spanning 1231m², the property – comprising sections of Alcor Place in Fairfield Estate – is on busy and business-driven Voortrekker Road, giving it excellent exposure and easy access to all forms of public transport and plenty of amenities, she says.

The property will be auctioned in Rondebosch at noon on June 27. The reserve price is R3.2million, but all offers will be considered.
The seller is registered for VAT, so no transfer duty will be payable.
No registration fee is required to bid.
However, the buyer will be expected to pay a deposit of 5% of the purchase price, as well as 10% commission plus VAT over and above the purchase price, to Rawson Auctions on the seller’s acceptance of the bid.
Bidders are required to be registered and must have with them certified copies of their identity documents and proof of residence.
