Noordhoek property is in new development which combines tranquillity with urban living
A vacant plot in Noordhoek will be auctioned by Rawson Auctions Western Cape on January 29 at noon.
The 719m² elevated plot in Chapman’s Bay Estate – a new development in Crofters Valley which combines tranquillity and urban living – can be developed with pre-approved plants or the owner’s own design.
Tanya Jovanovski, Rawson’s franchisee in the Western Cape, says the estate offers sweeping views of the mountains and sea, natural fynbos vegetation and access to some of Cape Town’s best beaches and scenic drives.
“Chapman’s Bay Estate is at the foot of Ou Kaapse Weg, between Kommetjie and Silvermine roads, and close to amenities such as schools, shopping centres, Virgin Active gym, horse-riding locations, CapeNature reserves and restaurants.
“It has easy access to both highways that lead to the city and airport and provides top security with 24-hour guarding, CCTV system and electric fencing,” Jovanovski says.
The plot on offer, at 3 Siskin Avenue in the estate, will be auctioned at Rawson’s head office at 222 Main Road, Rondebosch.
