Viewing is from 10am on the day of the auction.
No registration fee will be required to bid. However, prospective bidders will have to provide a copy of their identity document and proof of residential address to register.
A 10% deposit plus the auctioneer’s commission will be payable on the fall of the hammer.
While there is no reserve price, the sale will be subject to confirmation by the seller.
Van Zyl says the purchaser will not be responsible for any arrears levies or taxes.
The property is currently vacant and early occupation could be arranged, he says.
