In2Assets will auction two double-storey commercial office buildings in Durban North on on October 24 at 11am at the Durban Country Club. The property at 63 St Andrew’s Drive is in the Broadway precinct, accessed from St Andrews Drive.

Luke Hearn, who is handling the auction for In2Assets, says the ground floor of the front building comprises reception, kitchenette, ablutions, open-plan office area and two private offices.

The first floor is occupied by a firm of attorneys and has a front reception; bar and lounge area; three large individual offices; small office; boardroom; kitchenette and ablutions.

“The property on auction is about 350 metres from the Kensington Square Shopping Centre and has excellent exposure. There are also many top schools in the area.”
