Rawson Auctions Western Cape will auction an immaculate five-bedroom home with a garden cottage.

The property is in Elizabeth Avenue in Pinelands, an address considered to be one of the more desirable locations in the suburb.

It is a stone’s throw from Pinelands North Primary School, Howard Centre shopping mall and the Old Mutual corporate premises, and has easy access to the M7 and N1 highways, says Rawson Auctions Western Cape franchisee Tanya Jovanovski.
