Drink, eat and relax in Glenvista

1 Aroma di Caffe

It’s good for a nice breakfast, lunch, coffee or quick bite. The food is amazing. The ambience is relaxed. There’s also an outside seating section. 188 Biggarsberg Street, Glenvista. 011 682 2356

2 Life Grand Café

They serve high-end cuisine and the service is always good. There’s top entertainment on some weekends, and I have found you can mix with nice people. Corner Swartkoppies Road and Kliprivier Drive, Aspen Hills. 011 595 3880

3 Thaba Eco Hotel

There’s a nature reserve with amazing gardens, making this venue a perfect getaway from the city. The staff at the restaurant are friendly. Another plus about the place is the spa. Klipriviersberg Nature Reserve, Impala Road, Kibler Park. 011 959 0777

I moved here about 20 years ago. Glenvista is beautiful. Most of the suburb offers wonderful
views and stunning sunsets. It’s also convenient for me: I work as an estate agent in Glenvista and travelling to work takes a maximum of 10 minutes. For my grocery shopping,
Glenvista Shopping Centre is close and the most convenient. For specialised shopping, Mall of the South is a 10-minute drive from home. – Resident Keenan Hannie

4 Turn ‘n Tender

This is a five-minute drive from home. I can order any of their fine steaks. Their service is exceptional. Comaro View Shopping Centre, Soetdoring and Comaro streets, Bassonia. 011 432 4884

5 RocoMamas

For delicious burgers and ribs. Shop 119, Mall of the South, Corner Kliprivier Drive and Swartkoppies Road, Aspen Hills. 011 682 2436

6 Glenvista Country Club

There is a golf course, a tennis club and a pro shop. Vorster Avenue, Glenvista, Johannesburg South. 011 432 3150
