Located just steps away from the warm Indian Ocean, the luxurious lodge comprises eight villas

Ossimba Beach Lodge, situated on a privately owned and secluded beach at the entrance of Nacala Bay in northern Mozambique, will be auctioned at Rawson Auctions Western Cape’s multiple property auction on April 25.

Located just steps away from the warm Indian Ocean, the luxurious lodge comprises eight villas, says Tanya Jovanovski, franchisee of Rawson Auctions Western Cape. Each villa has an en-suite bathroom and a private outdoor shower.

The lodge’s entertainment area includes two luxurious lounge areas, a large bar and dining facilities.

“The lodge is surrounded by indigenous forest, and the beach is bordered by a marine protected coral reef, exclusively available to lodge guests,” says Jovanovski.

The lodge will be auctioned in Rondebosch at noon on April 25. The reserve price is R30million.

“It can be purchased outright or an optional share purchase could be discussed,” Jovanovski says.

“There is a 99-year leasehold, and full financial records and an asset list are available.”
