Claremart’s hammer will soon fall on a prime industrial property in Brackenfell, with adjacent vacant land that will provide an opportunity for further development.

Set on a 1708m² erf, 68 Gemini Street includes two buildings, one currently occupied by a church. This building comprises an office, reception area, classrooms, kitchen, storeroom, children’s room and nursery, and there is also a double carport, says Andrew Koch, ClareMart general executive director.

The second building includes two offices, an engineering area, a staffroom, three storerooms, a kitchenette and ablution facilities.

“Next door, at 66 Gemini Street, is a vacant development site spanning 1529m²,” says Koch.

Both properties will go under the hammer at the next multiple auction at the Hellenic Community Centre, 24 Bay Road, Mouille Point, at 12.30pm on July 31.
