Two commercial shops and two office spaces in Fish Hoek will be going on auction, via silent tender, at noon on May 30. They will be sold as one lot, offering bidders an opportunity to acquire a monthly rental income.

Tanya Jovanovski, franchisee of Rawson Auctions Western Cape, will auction the properties.

She says: “The two separate buildings are located on one 906m² erf at 38 Main Road, and currently house a Supa Quick branch and the Imperial Garden Chinese Restaurant. The site also includes a bakery and another vacant back office. The rates are R5 000 a month, and insurance R12000 per annum.”

The reserve price is R7 million, but all offers will be reviewed.

No registration fee is required to bid with Rawson Auctions. However, the buyer will be expected to pay a deposit of 5% of the purchase price, as well as 10% commission plus VAT over and above the purchase price, to Rawson Auctions on the seller’s acceptance of the bid.

Bidders are required to be registered and must have with them certified copies of their identity documents and proof of residence.

All offers should be submitted on Rawson Auctions’ Offer to Purchase form, with its standard terms and conditions. A copy of the form can be obtained by contacting the Rawson Auctions Western Cape office on info@rawsonauctions.com or 0218371700.

Bids can be delivered to the Rawson Property Group’s head office at 222 Main Road, Rondebosch.

For more details or to book an appointment to view the properties, call Tanya Jovanovski on 0824119599.
