“All prices include VAT and there is no transfer duty.”
The homes are developed with registration on completion, which means the purchaser only pays on completion. A 5% deposit secures.
“Homes range from 200m² to 240m², and are the largest free-standing single residential homes on offer in the city developed on such a basis. They appeal especially to larger families who require more space.
“In terms of value, our phase 1 country homes, registered in January, already show an average of 23% annual capital growth – thanks to a constant increase in supply and demand as the estate matures, and the fact that they are developed as a complete, cohesive streetscape.”
