In the first phase, Le Parc Residential Estate will offer 34 turnkey built homes.

A new family lifestyle development is planned for Paarl. With units in the R1.675 million to R3.155m price range, it will balance the desires for affordability and exclusivity.

This phased development will ultimately include a range of about 500 turn-key built homes and sectional title apartments.

In the first phase, Le Parc Residential Estate will offer 34 turnkey built homes.

According to the estate’s Paul Neethling, it is set apart by its “magnificent centrally placed parkland”, aptly named Le Grande park, that offers lifestyle features such as a large, multi-sports grassed oval, a children’s skate park and bike pump-track, children’s play area, outdoor gym stations, tennis court and picnic areas.

The estate also features orchards, olive groves, vineyards, smaller parks and a 4km jogging and bike track. An on-site crèche will be run by experienced educators and cater for up to 150 children.

In addition to the estate offering top-quality security infrastructure, each unit will have one of two interior design moods – modern contemporary or modern French – Grohe sanware, Giberit wall-hung toilets, Smeg 90cm free-standing ovens, and engineered stone counter-tops. Homes will include laminate and large-format tile flooring, LED lighting, fibre-to-home connectivity and grey-water systems.

“Le Parc Residential Estate is intended for care-free living – a place where children should be allowed to roam free, whether visiting the main parkland or venturing into one of the many smaller parks dotted throughout the estate,” says Neethling.

The first phase launched last week. Buyers can choose from six luxurious home styles.
