On October 24 at 11.30am Peter Maskell Auctioneers will call for bids for seven crop and grazing farms with 120 hectares under irrigation about 30km from Vryheid.
The farms, with a collective extent of 2191ha, feature livestock as well as cash crops and pecan nut trees.
Danielle Hoskins, handling the auction, says 30ha of red soil land is under centre-pivot irrigation and 90ha under dragline. “All the farms have registered water-use certificates and about 10ha of land are planted with pecan nut trees. Grazing land is over 2000ha in total.”
Improvements include a five-bedroom residence, five sheds, four storerooms and four staff rooms, as well as two crush pens.
The insolvency auction will be on site. For further details, contact Hoskins at 082 801 6827 or email email@example.com.
